Our Chester location is home to two private hire dog parks, each offering plenty of space, secure fencing and a relaxed environment for dogs to enjoy.
Freedom Fields is a secluded 3.5 acre grassed park, perfect for dogs that enjoy space, calm surroundings and the freedom to explore at their own pace. It is ideal for nervous dogs, training sessions or relaxed playtime.
Bark and Bound is a lively 3 acre grassed park with a lake, designed for dogs that love to run, play and explore. It offers a fun and engaging environment while still providing the privacy of a private hire session.
We understand you might have some questions about parks. Here are the answers.
Yes, all Chester dog parks must be booked in advance to make sure each visit remains private and relaxed. We recommend booking at least a day before to avoid disappointment.
Yes, both Freedom Fields and Bark and Bounce are fully enclosed and have double gated entrances for added safety. We cannot and do not claim that our parks are escape proof however and we do not recommend them for dogs who have a history of escaping or who could hurt or harm another user if they did so.
Yes, our Chester dog parks are located on Sealand Road and are a completely separate site from our Wirral locations. We currently have two parks at our Chester site.
Yes, Freedom Fields and Bark and Bound are booked separately so you can choose the park that best suits your dog. Bark and Bound has a lake for dog swimming and paddling, and is slightly smaller than Freedom Fields. Both parks contain play equipment and picnic benches.
Yes, private hire means your dog has exclusive use of the park with no shared sessions, making it ideal for nervous or reactive dogs. There is privacy screening to ensure dogs don't see other dogs and the parks aren't connected.
