Dogs Go Bark Parks – Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

We are The Dogs Go Group Ltd (“Dogs Go”, “we”, “us”), owners and operators of all Dogs Go dog parks (“Bark Parks®” / “venues”).

The Dogs Go Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10575728.
Registered office: 148 Heathbank Avenue, Irby, CH61 4YG.

2. Use of Bark Parks

All Bark Parks® are booked and used entirely at your own risk.

By booking, you accept full responsibility for your dog(s), your party, and anything that occurs during your booking.

• Dogs must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended
• You are responsible for ensuring your dog(s) behave safely and remain under control
• You must take all reasonable steps to prevent your dog(s) from eating or interacting with anything in the environment

Bark Parks® are natural outdoor environments, and we cannot control all elements within them. This includes exposure to organic and environmental materials such as (but not limited to):

• Grass, soil, mud and standing water
•  Field mushrooms, weeds
• Wildlife
• Objects introduced by wildlife, weather, or other users

As with any outdoor space, Dogs Go cannot guarantee that all areas are free from naturally occurring substances. You are responsible for supervising your dog and preventing them from eating or interacting with anything that may cause harm.

3. Inherent Risks

Use of Bark Parks® involves inherent risks, including (but not limited to):

• Dogs behaving unpredictably, including aggression, chasing, or biting
• Injury caused by running, jumping, collisions, or overexertion
• Slips, trips, and falls due to uneven ground, mud, or wet surfaces
• Holes, ground variation, or surface changes caused by dogs, weather, or wear
• Water-related risks including ponds, puddles, or wet ground
• Environmental exposure to bacteria, parasites
• Reactions to sounds, wildlife, people, or external stimuli
• Equipment failure or misuse (all equipment is for dogs only)
• Damage or changes caused by weather, wildlife, vandalism, or general use

Whilst reasonable steps are taken to maintain safety and security, no outdoor environment can be made risk-free.

4. Security & Containment

Our parks are enclosed and designed with fencing and double-gated entry systems.

However:

• No outdoor space can ever be guaranteed to be completely escape-proof
• You are responsible for ensuring the park is suitable for your dog’s size, ability, and behaviour
• You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent your dog(s) from escaping

Dogs Go accepts no liability for any escape or resulting incident.

5. Dog Health & Suitability

By booking, you confirm that your dog(s):

• Are fit, healthy, and free from contagious illness
• Are appropriately vaccinated or titre tested
• Do not pose a known risk of aggression or harm

Dogs displaying aggressive behaviour that poses a risk to people or other dogs must not attend.

Dogs Go reserves the right to refuse entry or require removal of any dog where safety concerns arise.

6. Children & Guests

• Children and guests attend entirely at your own risk
• Children must be supervised and under control at all times
• All equipment, obstacles, and water features are designed for dogs only and must not be used by children or adults

Dogs Go accepts no liability for injury to children or guests.

7. Vehicles & Parking

• Parking is only permitted in designated areas
• Vehicles must not be driven or parked on grass or unsuitable surfaces
• Dogs Go accepts no responsibility for vehicle damage, including vehicles becoming stuck or requiring recovery

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Dogs Go excludes all liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from use of the Bark Parks®, whether direct or indirect
• This includes (but is not limited to) illness or injury resulting from environmental exposure or ingestion

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dogs Go, its directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Bark Parks®
• Your dog(s)’ behaviour
• Any breach of these Terms

10. Bookings

• Bookings are non-refundable
• With at least 48 hours’ notice, bookings may be transferred or credited
• A booking is only complete once confirmation has been received
• If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your junk folder or contact us

11. Acknowledgement

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
• You accept full responsibility for your dog(s), your party, and all risks associated with the use of Bark Parks®
